So this workshop is all about MINDFUL REINVENTION.

FOR DAY ONE:

On the call we are going to teach you how to utilize the most powerful tool you have, YOUR BRAIN, to become more intentional with your thoughts, feelings and actions.

Then we’ll send you home with tools to work on uncovering your beliefs, journal prompts to help foster more self compassion and curiosity and a meditation to guide you to a more grounded space.

THEN ON DAY TWO:

We’re going to coach you on how to figure out the values that drive your life and create a strategy to map out what you truly want and desire for your future.

So by the end of this workshop, 

You’ll have 2 pre-recorded meditations, 20 journal prompts and the Mindful Reinvention Workbook so that you can continue to dive deeper into this work at home, AND continue to utilize the self coaching techniques that we taught you for years to come!

The point is…

It’s going to be an implementation-based workshop,

And there'll be very little - if any - hype or fluff during this workshop.

It'll be mainly coaching - followed by sessions where we’ll implement together as a group.
